Description
This material includes the supplementary figures, details of the harvest scenarios, model output and information related to the metric time dependent mission equivalence (TDEE), related to the manuscript "Effect of future forest management on carbon and energy budgets in pine forests on mineral soil in southern Finland" by Leskinen et al. "Harvest_scenarios.zip" consists of the age-class distribution fractions in the three harvest scenarios used with 5-year intervals from 2010 to 2050. "JSBACH_output_2010_2054.zip" has the raw daily model output data of relevant variables for the harvest scenarios, under RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 climate scenarios, ran with three climate models CanESM2, CNRM-CM5 and MIROC5. "TDEE.zip" consists of the code used to convert radiative forcing to carbon equivalence, with additional files for CO2 concentration under both RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5, as well as the atmospheric decay matrix for CO2.
