Description
Datasets associated with Atanasova et al. manuscript titled: "Ice nucleation retains the infectivity of two Antarctic Sea ice phages PANV1 and OANV1".
The datasets include ice nucleation activity of those two viruses, their bacterial hosts, and buffer/media used. The ice nucleation activity data is provided as frozen fractions and as active site density per particle (plaque forming unit or colony forming unit) or per protein content for selected samples. Buffer and media ice nucleation activity is only given as frozen fractions.
