Files named roadweather_forecast_Month_Year.txt
contain road weather forecasts done by utilizing RoadSurf library. 
The simulations were 3 days long but the files contain
data only for the actual forecast period. 


Each file contains forecasts for one month. Different forecasts are separated in the file by
forecast start time:

Simulation for each station is separated by the station ID. The files contain follwing values:

2      simulated surface temperature (C)
3      water storage (mm)
4      snow storage (water equivalent mm)
5      ice storage (water equivalent mm)
6      deposit storage (water equivalent mm)
