ReadMe for road weather station observations

Road weather station measurements are provided by Finnish Transport and Communication Agency (https://www.traficom.fi/en/)
with creative commons license 4.0 International (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode)

The data is in file RWS_data.txt. Station IDs can be found in file
RWS_coordinates.txt. The colums contain: StatID,lon,lat,station name

RWS_data.txt contains data for each station, which are separated by:
