ReadMe for atmospheric forecast data

Atmospheric forecast is provided by Finnish Meteorological institute https://en.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/open-data.
The data is combination of forecast edited by meteorologist and automatically produced nowcast.

The data is in files named atm_forecast_Month_Year.txt

Files contain data used as input for the road weather simulations. The original forecast data consisted of 
forecast files that were produced hourly and contained forecast for 10 days. The included files contain only
the data that was used by the simulations. The data for each simulation was extracted so that 
in the initialization phase, data for each time step was from the newest forecast file that contained data for
that time step. The atmospheric values for the forecast phase were from the latest forecast file 
that would have been available at the forecast start time. The atmospheric data for different simulation start 
times are separated by:

Data for each forecast point is separated by forecast coordinates:

After the coordinates, the data contains air temperature, humidity, wind speed and precipitation phase values 
with following structure:

After these, there is data for short-wave radiation, long-wave radiation and precipitation:
