Files starting tsurf_model*
Contains surface temperature from road weather model simulations done
with different settings. The simulations were 3 days long but the files contain
data only from the last day that was used in the analysis. 
The runs are done with Finnish Meteorological Institutes road weather model.

Each file contains forecasts for one month. Different forecasts are separated in the file by:

Simulation for each station-lane-sensor pair is after the station id.
Id is structured as idnumber_lane_sensor, eg. 100005_0_1 means
sensor id 100005, lane 0, sensor 1

Column Variable
1      lead time (h)
2      simulated surface temperature (Test)
3      simulated surface temperature (Reference)

"Test" refers to the simulation using sky view factor and local horizon angles, whereas
"Reference" means the simulation without them.
