See Figure 1 in the published manuscript for visual representation of the field. 02_filtered_NEE_fluxes_2020-2022.csv - This file contains the filtered net ecosystem exchange (NEE) fluxes obtained with the clear chamber technique. - PAR stand for photosynthetically active radiation - PAR_sd is the standard deviation of PAR - NRMSE is the normalized root mean squared error of NEE - RMSE is the root mean squared error of NEE 03_filtered_TER_fluxes_2020-2022.csv - This file contains the filtered total ecosystem respiration (TER) fluxes obtained with the dark chamber technique or snow gradient method. - The column Method contains details on which method and instrument was used. See section 2.2 of the published manuscript for additional details. 04_filtered_N2O_CH4_fluxes_2020-2022.csv - This file contains the filtered N2O and CH4 fluxes obtained with the dark chamber technique or snow gradient method. - The column Method contains details on which method and instrument was used. See section 2.2 of the published manuscript for additional details. 05_GAI_2020-2022.xlsx - This file contains the green area index (GAI) measured from each chamber measurement points. - Unit is m2 m-2. - GAI was measured for each species separately and also grouped into Cover crops & Weeds separately. Species and groups are in column "Vegetation". 06_AGB_2020-2022.xlsx - This file containes the above ground biomass (AGB) taken before barley harvest and before tilling in the spring. - AGB is divided into Barley and into Undersown species + Weeds. 07_Continuous soil temperature 5cm.zip - This folder contains a csv file for every plot. - They contain continuous soil temperature at 5cm. Gaps are due to filtering or broken devices. - Time is given in UTC+0. 08_SoilTemperature_5&10cm_2020-2022.csv - This file contains soil temperature at 5cm and 10cm, measured at the same time as flux measurements. - When the soil was too hard due to freezing or dryness, soil temperature couldn't be measured. 09_SoilMoisture_5cm_2020-2022.csv - This file contains soil moisture at 5cm, measured at the same time as flux measurements. - When possible 4 replicates were taken from 4 different locations on the plot. - When the soil was too hard due to freezing or dryness, soil moisture couldn't be measured. 10_SoilMoisture_profile_2020-2022.csv - This file contains soil moisture at 10-20-30-40cm, measured at the same time as flux measurements. - When the soil was covered in snow, soil moisture profile couldn't be measured. 11_Field_management_events.csv - This file contains the different management events occuring since 2019.
